Services
Dee Donaldson Consulting offers four primary service streams, each designed for organisational rather than individual engagement. All services draw on the proprietary Relationship Coercion Mapping Framework™, are informed by contemporary research, current Australian and international legislation, and psychological theory. Each can be tailored to the specific context, sector, and risk profile of your organisation.

1. Organisational Training
Specialist training delivered to teams, agencies, and institutions across all sectors in which coercive control and psychological risk are operationally relevant. Training programs are contextualised to the specific sector and organisational environment, and are available as standalone programs or as part of a sequential workforce capability pathway.
Two flagship programs are currently available: Recognising and Responding to Coercive Control & Psychological Risk, designed for frontline workers, team leaders, and managers across a broad range of sectors; and Tracking Coercive Control using RCM, a practitioner-level program for frontline professionals working directly with victim-survivors.
Both programs are available for face-to-face and online delivery across Australia, and are suitable for induction training, mandatory compliance requirements, and structured professional development programs.

2. Specialist Consultancy: Coercive Control & Psychological Risk in Organisational Contexts
Dee Donaldson Consulting provides specialist advisory consultation to legal professionals, HR leaders, workplace investigators, and governance bodies navigating organisational conduct matters involving coercive or psychologically harmful behaviour.

3. Framework Licensing & Education
The Relationship Coercion Mapping Framework (RCMF) and RACCS are available for licensing by organisations that wish to incorporate these proprietary tools into their own training, assessment, or practice systems. Licensing arrangements are scoped individually and are suited to organisations with internal training or quality assurance functions seeking to embed a rigorous, structured analytical framework into their practice infrastructure.
An online self-paced education pathway is also currently in development for individual practitioners — including psychologists, social workers, and allied health professionals — seeking to deepen their applied knowledge in identifying and assessing coercive control behaviour patterns and how the RCM framework can be applied to working with clients that may be experiencing coercive control and abuse dynamics within their intimate partner relationships.
Practitioners and organisations with an interest in licensing the RCMF and the RACCS for use within your organisation or for early access to the upcoming practitioner online training are encouraged to register an enquiry below:
